Brandon S. Kane

Brandon S. Kane is the visionary responsible for the conceptualization of Woopid, and has been its President since the company’s inception. Brandon founded Woopid with the goal of creating the world’s most complete web destination for securing technology-related help via an innovative and proprietary intelligent video based tool. Mr. Kane is extremely facile with a very wide range of computer applications, and possesses a deep passion for all technologies. Brandon works very closely with the company’s outside web development professionals, crafting the architecture and implementation strategy for the various future releases, as well as the look and feel and functionality as relates to them. Being 100% committed to quality, Mr. Kane ensures that all product offerings are developed, introduced and maintained at the highest possible standards. Brandon also interfaces with the large body of freelancers to insure consistency in delivery and adherence to precisely detailed procedures and unwavering quality standards. Mr. Kane works very closely with Messrs. Rosensaft and Donovan on a wide range of strategic initiatives, corporate planning issues and general management projects. Starting a computer repair and education business when he was a very young man, Brandon learned quickly what it took to get his clientele up and running in the easiest and most efficient way possible. This experience would later spawn the underpinnings for Woopid.

Prior to Woopid, Brandon attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and then worked in the Management Information Systems Department in one of the largest privately owned niche companies in the world. He holds the distinction of being the youngest intern hired to work in the State House as part of a Massachusetts Governor's Administration.

Brandon’s commitment to Woopid’s success is complete. Version 1.0 was launched approximately one year ago as a proof of concept, and has received a tremendous amount of traffic from all over the world. Feedback has been phenomenal. There has yet to be a negative comment made about the site, and it is currently being used in the highest levels of US government, the most prestigious academic institutions in the world, and the highest profile corporations anywhere today. Mr. Kane and Woopid are frequently very positively quoted, referenced or featured in local, regional and national periodicals.

Lester Jay Rosensaft

Lester Jay Rosensaft is the Chief Executive Officer of Woopid. He is a very highly experienced business leader, lawyer and investment banker with a well-documented record of optimizing value through creative problem solving and unique management skills. With greater than thirty-five years experience, he has achieved phenomenal success in managing companies in a wide range of industries, has been tremendously productive in early-stage, fast growth and distressed situations, and has a well proven ability to create and promote exceptionally positive and committed corporate cultures. Mr. Rosensaft has been responsible for a number of hugely successful start-ups in the technology space.

Before joining Woopid, Lester achieved an extraordinarily impressive record of achievement as either the CEO or COO for a very wide range of companies, including five underperforming divisions of AT&T, which he very quickly made hugely successful and then orchestrated and negotiated their sale to various Fortune 50 companies. His extensive finance, operations, negotiating and legal background have contributed directly and significantly towards the successful management of all the companies Mr. Rosensaft has been involved with, and he has always identified and unleashed enormous value in the process. Lester serves on a number of not-for profit and traditional corporate Boards and has earned in excess of one hundred awards of various types.

Lester earned a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from The Weatherhead School, Case Western Reserve University; a J.D. from the School of Law, Case Western Reserve University; and an LL.M. (with Highest Honors) from the School of Law, New York University.
